Sadly, there are individuals who have medical issues related to Smart Meters and have not been successful in getting their Smart Meter removed, even at the request of their medical doctor.  In these cases where you are involuntarily exposed to RF radiation (even if it is from neighboring properties), accommodations may be requested of the Public Utility  Commission, and if they fail to accommodate you, a discrimination complaint may be filed.
