something needs to be done about this. I feel this calls for a class action lawsuit. I told them I did not want this meter and they installed it anyway.

People should realize that we may need you again if the threatened merger with Exelon goes through. I hear it is a bigger and even meaner company.

I have a PhD.in Chemical Physics and Electrical Engineering from prestigious institutions. I do not want a “smart” meter in my basement. I would feel query about having one outside my house far from my Radio Amateur (N2AHK, Google that) station which is dully licensed by the Federal Communications Commission. These “smart” meters are NOT licensed by the FCC and they put out enough radiation to require a license. Each homeowner will need a separate station license from the FCC. I will gladly donate to your cause. This is creeping “Big Brother’ism”. Next the government will require every citizen to submit a DNA sample and keep a huge cloud-stored data base on all the citizens. Sony has proved that these meters can be hacked and anybody can turn off anybody else’s power as will. A thunderstorm will render the meter inoperative. BGE will be able to view your usage hourly which means if you do some spot welding in your garage they will know you are doing it. Ba loony. Please respond. Thanks
